George Robert "Bob" Overhiser, Jr., is the founder of Portrait Portfolio LLC. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College majoring in Visual Studies. He holds a Master of Architecture Degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Works on this website have been completed since 2012.

Bob is also a survivor of 9/11 at Ground Zero. He was in the South Tower of the World Trade Center when the plane hit. He sheltered by a vendor cart once he escaped. Bob’s 9/11 art is a reflection of the scene as one might see it in the reflections of the shiny stainless steel of a vendor cart.
